一、团队简介 Team Introduction

自旋隧穿微机电传感芯片团队由具备多年企业研发经验的国家级人才领衔,建设包括“功能膜层制备表征—晶圆微纳加工—晶圆器件表征—系统集成应用”完整的12/8英寸自旋MEMS传感芯片产业平台,实现核心工艺的完全自主可控,致力于推动传感芯片产业化。

The TMR-MEMS sensor team is led by a principal investigator (PI) with national-level talent recognition. A complete 12/8-inch TMR-MEMS chip line is under construction, covering film deposition, micro-nano device fabrication, performance characterization, and system integration & application. The team is committed to achieving fully controllable processes and promoting industrialization.

二、团队专家简介 Team Experts Profile

冷群文,国际自旋传感技术领域杰出专家、国家级领军人才,师从彼得·格林伯格教授(2007年诺贝尔物理学奖获得者)。先后在美国西部数据、美国歌尔微电子公司担任研发总监、副总裁,具有长达30年的量子自旋传感器科学研究与产品开发经验,是第四代量子磁传感器—量子自旋传感技术领军人,授权发明专利100余项,授权美国发明专利60余项;发表行业顶刊/顶会论文50余篇,总索引4000余次,i10指数为44;出版英文专著3部;主持/受邀参加Intermag、TMRC等国际知名学术会议50余次;主持多项量子自旋工业传感芯片重点研发项目。

Leng Qunwen is a globally distinguished expert in spintronics and sensing with national-level talent recognition. A doctoral student of Professor Peter Grunberg, the 2007 Nobel Laureate in Physics, he boasts more than 30 years of experience in spintronic sensor research and product development, and is recognized as a pioneer in fourth-generation spintronic sensors. His industrial career includes senior leadership roles as R&D Director and Vice President at Western Digital (2005–2015) and Goertek Microelectronics (2016–2023).A prolific innovator, he has been granted more than 100 invention patents (including over 60 US patents), published over 50 papers with more than 4,000 citations, and led multiple key R&D programs for quantum spin-sensing chips.
